White-Label Research for Agencies
White-label research means we run the study and you present the findings as your own. Praxia Insights works behind the scenes for marketing agencies, consultancies, design studios, and other firms who need research capability for a client project without hiring a researcher.
Plenty of agencies get asked for research they can't staff. A client wants customer interviews before a rebrand, or usability testing before a redesign, or market sizing for a strategy engagement, and there's nobody on the team who does that work.
You can turn it down, which loses you the project. You can do it thinly and hope nobody looks closely, and that's worse. Or you can bring in a partner who does the research properly and stays invisible.
That's what this is. We'll run the study to your specification, deliver it in your template with your branding, and never appear in front of your client unless you want us to.
Discuss a white-label partnership
Who We Partner With
Marketing and branding agencies: customer research, message testing, and brand perception work ahead of a campaign or a rebrand.
Design studios: usability testing, prototype testing, and user interviews to ground a design engagement in evidence.
Management and strategy consultancies: market sizing, competitive analysis, and stakeholder research supporting a strategy project.
Grant writers and fundraising consultants: needs assessments, literature reviews, and evaluation plans for client applications.
Research firms with capacity gaps: fieldwork, recruitment, or analysis when your own team is full.
Product and development shops: user research to inform what gets built for a client.
How the Partnership Works
You own the client relationship
We work with you and not around you. You hold the relationship with your client, and we take our direction from you throughout.
Confidentiality
We'll work within whatever confidentiality terms your client relationship requires, and we'll agree those with you before the project starts.
Delivered in your format
Findings come to you in your template, with your branding, ready to present. If you'd rather have the raw analysis and write it up yourself, that works too.
Scoped per project
Most partnerships start with one project. Some become ongoing arrangements where we're the research function you call when a project needs one, and both work.
As visible or invisible as you want
Some partners keep us entirely behind the scenes. Others introduce us as their research team and put us on client calls, which can help when a client wants to know who's doing the work. Either is fine.
Priced so you can mark it up
Analysis of what competing products offer, how they're positioned, and where buyers see meaningful difference, so your product decisions account for what the alternatives already do well.
What We Can Run
Everything we do for direct clients is available on a white-label basis, including focus groups, in-depth interviews, surveys, usability and prototype testing, competitive analysis, market sizing, pricing research, and program evaluation.
Participant recruitment on its own is a common request, and it's worth knowing you can buy just that piece. Some agencies have moderators and analysts and only need somebody who can actually reach the audience. We'll write the screener, recruit and verify participants, handle scheduling and reminders, and administer incentives, and you run the sessions.
Project Examples

How We Work
1. Initial consultation and plan
We'll meet to talk through what you need and confirm that this is the right approach for the decision you're facing.
2. Project scoping and budget
You'll get a custom scope of work with tasks, due dates, and budget before any work starts, so the price is fixed and there aren't hourly surprises later.
3. Project execution
You'll get updates on progress throughout, including where recruitment stands and when each milestone is hit.
4. A true partnership approach
We share insights with you as they come up throughout the project, so your team can start acting on what we learn long before the final report is finished.
5. Project completion
We'll deliver the final insights in whatever format your team will actually use, whether that's a written report, an executive presentation, or a working session.

It means we run the study and you present the findings to your client as your own work. We stay behind the scenes, deliver in your template and branding, and don't appear in front of your client unless you want us to.
-
Only if you want us to. Some partners want us on client calls as their research team, and others want us entirely behind the scenes. You decide how it works and we'll follow it.
-
As much or as little as you need. Some partners hand us the whole study from design through reporting, and others bring us in for one piece, usually recruitment or analysis. We'll scope it around what your team already covers.
-
Yes, and it's one of the most common requests. If your team can moderate and analyze but can't reach the audience, we'll handle the screener, recruitment, verification, scheduling, reminders, and incentives, and hand you confirmed participants.
-
Yes. Send us your template, brand guidelines, and any format requirements, and we'll build to them. If you'd rather take the analysis and write it up in your own voice, we can deliver at that stage instead.
-
Fixed scope, quoted before the project starts, so you know your cost before you quote your client. How you price it to them is entirely your business.
-
It depends on the method and the audience. Recruitment for a general consumer study can move in days, and senior professional audiences take weeks. Tell us the client deadline early and we'll tell you honestly what's achievable.
-
Yes. District purchasing involves more people than most vendors realize, including curriculum staff, technology directors, principals, and sometimes the board. Buyer research tells you who actually decides, what they weigh, and where deals die.
-
We'll work within whatever terms your client relationship requires, and we'll agree them with you before the project starts.
-
Yes. Some partners use us project by project, and others treat us as their standing research function and bring us in whenever a client engagement needs one. Ongoing arrangements tend to run more smoothly because we already know how you work.
-
That's your call and we'll follow your lead. Some agencies say the work was done by their research team, and that's accurate under this arrangement. Others prefer to name us as a research partner, which some clients find reassuring. We'll do whichever you prefer.
